I became re-acquainted with Prophet Brian Carn's ministry on January 9, 2015, through this YOUTUBE VIDEO of him ministering at a New Year's Eve 2014 service.  I had been in a spiritual drought and was just tired of church and religiosity.  But Prophet Carn's preaching on  'Restore-Refresh-Renew' awakened something within me.  As I watched the video I began to cry out to God and repent for not praying and for not doing the things that I knew He had instructed me to do.

As He has done in the past, God used a Prophet to speak a word that would draw me out from a dark place and shift my life to a new level of glory that I could not even imagine.  After watching the New Year's Eve service, I began searching Youtube for all of the current Brian Carn videos.  That's when I found this DECEMBER 16, 2014 VIDEO of  Prophet Carn ministering at Pastor Rod Parsley's church.

This entire video is about 23 minutes long, but the worship and adoration portion is only about 15 minutes long, but they are 15 minutes that have impacted my life forever.   I began using the 15-minute worship during my daily prayer time.  However, this blessing soon became somewhat of a nuisance. You see, I usually pray for at least 1 hour, and when using this recording, I had to keep rewinding the audio back to the beginning at least 7 times.  And all of that rewinding was disruptive to my 'prayer-flow' ...if you know what I mean. :-)  But that all changed on February 4, 2015. While communing with the Lord, I heard Him say "create a 1-hour prayer video using this 15 minute audio of Prophet Brian worshiping, and upload it to Youtube."

To make a long story short, it took me over 5 weeks to compile the audio, get the pictures and upload the video to Youtube.  Several times I wanted to give up on uploading it because of the computer challenges I kept running into. Nevertheless, I persevered and on March 17, 2015,  I finally uploaded my channel's first Youtube video!  And now, thanks to God's grace & favor, it has received over 9,600 A MILLION VIEWS!!!

I uploaded this video out of obedience to God, and because I knew it would be a blessing to others who were also looking for a way to take their prayer lives to another level.  My prayer is that this video will motivate you to pray, inspire you to seek God's Face and provoke you to get into His Presence each and every day!!!

101 Benefits Of Praying In Tongues

I recently received the following from a youtube subscriber named Wendy.

My Name is Wendy, I believe in Christ Jesus and I have been baptized and filled with the Holy I have always wanted to be a prayer warrior. I heard in your message how the devil can get in your head and tell you that you can't do it and you sound stupid and your not as good as everyone else. I know deep down that it is not the truth but it stops me sometimes and has me where I am wondering what other people think...what advice can you give me to help me overcome this feeling, I want all the power that God has for me.. I love to praise him. Can you send me some great praise and worship music? I want to set the atmosphere just right to praise His Might Name.. For He is worthy.

This was my response:

Hi Wendy how are you? Thanks so much for watching my video and for reaching out to me with your questions.   

Yes the devil knows how powerful you are against him when you pray in the spirit.  First of all praying in the spirit builds up your most holy faith. It makes you strong in the spirit realm (Jude 1:20). When you are strong and built up you can more readily fight against the wilds of the devil and do battle in the realms of the spirit.

Also, please remember that our Heavenly Father is a loving God, he will NEVER tell you that "you sound stupid or not as good as everyone else."  So whenever those kinds of negative thoughts come to you....KNOW that it's the devil, the enemy of your soul, trying to stop you from moving into a deeper place in God.  Tell him, "satan the Lord rebukes you and I WILL pray in the spirit"

Here is a list of 101 benefits of praying in the spirit. God needs YOU to pray in the spirit so His kingdom can come and His will can be done on the earth.  Of course the devil doesn't want this to happen so he will keep whispering in your ears so you will be distracted and unfocused in prayer.  You MUST persist so you can do the will of the Father.

This is the worship music playlist that I use to set the atmosphere for my daily prayer time.  As you develop more intimacy with God, you will create your own list of music that helps usher you into His presence. 

After listening and singing the above songs, I begin worshipping & praising God using this video As I'm worshipping and praising I move into prayers of thanksgiving, petition and intercession as I demonstrate in this video here.  After spending about an hour in prayer,  I sit and LISTEN to what I hear God saying to me in my spirit.  These journal entries sometimes become my daily "Words From The Lord." They become my directives, instructions and visionary things that I need to do in life.

My Word From The Lord For Today Friday, May 1, 2015

Having a vibrant, effective and productive prayer life is essential to me fulfilling my calling, walking in my purpose and achieving my destiny.  One thing that I've learn is, praying to God is a dialogue and not a monologue.  And if I'm spending an hour or more in God's Presence, seeking His Face, speaking His Word back to Him...then I can expect to hear Him speak to me after I pray.

So 99% of the time after I've finished my prayers: of  Praise & Worship, Thanksgiving, Petition, Intercession and Travail (click here to see how I pray), I will hear a Word From The Lord.  Many times they are personal Words, other times they are Words to be shared with those connected with me.  Below is "Today's Word From The Lord" that I am sharing with you.  My prayer is that it will bless, strengthen and encourage you as you continue to seek God's face and 'work out your own salvation with fear & trembling' Philippians 2:12.

May 1, 2015 - Word From The Lord

"For My Word will not return to Me void, for I will do all I've said.  Rest and assure, I Am yet speaking.  I Am yet moving. I Am in control.  Nothing happens unless I allow it.

My Current Worship Song Unto The Lord "Forever You're My King"

WHAT WORSHIP SONG TAKES YOU "IN" TO GOD'S PRESENCE?

I believe singing worship songs to the Lord is one of 'THEE' ways to experience God's Presence.  I believe as children of God, we should ALL have at least one song that cause our hearts, minds & souls to be broken and contrite before the Lord God.  Doing so will allow us to experience Jesus' intense Love & Presence.

Currently the song "Forever You're My King" is THAT song for me.  Below are 2 videos of me singing this song unto My Lord....They may not be 'musically' perfect, but they are coming from a heart that God is making perfect unto Him. (please pause the blog's music video on the right------>)

"Forever You're My King" was written by James Mitchell.  It has been recorded by everyone from Carlton Pearson, The Hensley Ensemble, Martha Munizzi and The West Angeles COGIC Mass Choir.  This song that has been playing in my heart for more than 4 weeks now.  Whenever, I hear or sing this song it brings tears to my eyes, as I focus all of my attention and thoughts on Him.  As His Beauty is revealed, I am touched by His intense Love & Presence.

My prayer is that as you continue to seek God's Face and pursue His Presence, that you will find that worship song, that you can forever sing unto the Lord.

My Word From The Lord For Today Sunday, May 3, 2015

Today during my prayer time, I received the following Word From The Lord.  I pray that it will minister to and be a blessing to those 'with eyes to see & ears to hear' what the Spirit of The Lord is saying today

"I am leading you down an unknown and untrodden path.  Don't try and figure it all out (because) you can't.  Stay in My Presence, continue seeking My Face, allow My Word to confirm your steps.

I will never leave you or forsake you.  I will always lead you into all Truth and Wisdom.  Trust Me, Trust My Word, Trust Your Spirit."
